Patrick is currently the Director of the Urban Design Studio (UDS) in downtown Louisville and the Associate Director of the City Solutions Center. The UDS is a collaborative between Louisville Metro Planning and Design, University of Kentucky's College of Design, and University of Louisville's School of Urban and Public Affairs. The UDS frequently holds planning and design charrettes and discussion forums that help increase the level of public involvement. In addition, the UDS conducts research and spatial analysis, develops conceptual site plans, massing models and other analytical tools related to urban design, and produces graphics, maps and reports. The City Solutions Center serves as an urban extension for cities in Kentucky and beyond offering the expertice and research capabilities of departments across the University of Louisville. |

Charlie is a Geoprocessing Specialist III at the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet in Frankfort, Kentucky since 2003. He participates in many areas under the Statewide Transportation Planning Program for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, primarily working with the Area Development Districts to identify needed highway improvements in their jurisdictions, as well asassisting with the oversight of various elements of their contracted work plans. |

Mr.Tackett is a native Louisvillian and is currently a Level II Building Inspector with Louisville Metro Government Codes and Regulations. He inspects and enforces the new construction of commercial and residential structures in the northeast area of Louisville which includes the city of Prospect, Norton Commons, River Road, Westport Road, and Brownsboro Road. His focus has been on high-end, sustainable, traditional, and green construction and development methods. He also volunteers as the president of the North Iroquois Neighborhood Association, which is working toward a 501(c)(4)non-profit status, and a Neighborhood Assessment Program through the Center for Neighborhoods. His organizations issues are the redevelopment of Iroquois Homes, preserving the city's first tier houses and subdivisions, economic development on the Taylor Blvd. corridor, and Hazelwood Elementary. |

Jimmy is an ORISE Fellow with the Physical Activity and Health Branch of the Division of Nutrition, Physical Activity, and Obesity (DNPAO) in the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (NCCDPHP) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, GA. He is analyzing data and preparing manuscripts for the Neighborhood Parks and Active Living (NPAL) project, a study of park use and physical activity sponsored by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. His primary focus with this project is a walkability analysis of the neighborhoods around the study parks. He also works with a group building capacity for Health Impact Assessment (HIA) around the country. HIA is a tool similar to Environmental Impact Assessment used to inform decision-makers about the potential impacts of projects or policies on the health of populations. He misses the Granville Inn. |
